Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ceylon Crafts. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

• Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Please email us at info@ceyloncrafts.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll arrange the return.
• Returns for Other Reasons: If you would like to return an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you can do so within 14 days of receipt. However, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, provided it’s in original condition. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
